PAPER SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

2023 IEEE International Conference on Artificial Intelligence in Engineering and Technology

IICAIET 2023

Please read our paper submission guidelines carefully. IICAIET uses author-supplied PDFs for all review process. Authors must prepare their papers using Microsoft Word, according to the guidelines and templates, and then convert these files to PDF.

Please prepare your manuscripts according to the IEEE Conference Paper format.

Submission System

IICAIET 2023 uses EasyChair to handle the submission and reviewing process. When submitting your manuscript, please make sure that you have all authors’ information included in the system. Click Here to Submit Paper.

Formatting and Language Guidelines

Please prepare your manuscripts according to the IEEE Conference Paper format . The manuscript should be 4 to 6 pages long. The Technical Team reserves the right to DESK-REJECT any documents that exceed the 6-page limit or not following the paper format. Papers should include full-color figures throughout and we encourage authors to showcase their work with annotated, well described, large and detailed graphics. We also appreciate high-quality submissions with correct English spelling and grammar. Poorly written manuscripts may result in DESK-REJECT .

Review Process

Your submission will be double-blind reviewed by at least two independent reviewers. To facilitate the paper’s double-blind peer review process, authors should make efforts to ensure that information about the authors’ identities DO NOT appear anywhere in the text-body of the paper for the initial submission, including the Acknowledgement section. The Technical Team reserves the right to DESK-REJECT a paper that does not fit within the scope of the conference.

Originality & Reuse of Text

Concurrent submissions (i.e., having the same or a similar paper concurrently under review at another conference or journal/magazine) are STRICTLY FORBIDDEN. If it is determined that an identical or substantially similar manuscript is simultaneously under consideration at another publication venue or forum (e.g., conference, journal, edited book), the manuscript will be subjected to DESK-REJECT at an early stage in the review process. We strongly advise against submitting your manuscript to pre-prints.

Similarity Rate

IEEE policy requires all submissions to its journals and conference proceedings to be screened through a plagiarism detection process. IICAIET uses IEEE’s CrossCheck portal to check for similarity index. Please ensure that the overall similarity score of your final paper is LESS THAN 30%, and no individual source has more than 10% similarity using any of the plagiarism check software such as Turnitin. In line with IEEE regulations, any paper with a similarity score of more than 30% will be excluded and will not be included for presentation or publication at IICAIET.

No-Show Policy

Please take note that IEEE has a strict policy on No-Show. Therefore, if your paper is accepted, one of the authors OR their representatives MUST PRESENT their paper at the conference. Papers with no show participants without a valid reason will not be submitted to IEEExplore. NO REFUND of the paid fees may be claimed by the no show author.
