In preparation for IICAIET 2023 conference:

1. Please check the program schedule the day before the conference.
2. If you cannot attend the session, please inform the Secretariat as soon as possible so that we can reschedule your presentation
• Please note that accepted and registered papers that are not presented at the conference will not be submitted for publication in IEEE Xplore, as per the conference policy.
3. On the day of the presentation, please arrive 5 minutes before the start of the session. Please identify yourself to the Session Chair.
4. Each presentation is given 15 minutes: 10 minutes of presentation and 5 minutes of Q & A.
• (Optional) You may use the template given or your own.
5. We encourage you to stay until the end of the session for a group photo.
6. A certificate will be given to you at the end of the presentation/session.
