    3. Any cancellation made before 01 September 2022 will be subjected to a 50% cancellation charge , including bank charges that occurred also must be borne by the registrant
    4. No refund will be made for cancellation or no-show after 01 September 2022.
  • The Conference Organizer will not be held responsible for participants' failure to attend the conference directly or indirectly occasioned by visa application denial, riots, diseases, or any conditions beyond the control of the Conference Organizer. And thus, the conference registration fee cannot be refunded.
  • Before payment is made, please obtain the acceptance email & paper ID as proof of acceptance, and after payment is made, please upload the documents alongside the payment receipt.

    4. The FPX/credit card system only accepts payments in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), therefore please convert your home currency to Malaysian Ringgit first before making payment. Payment fees vary between Malaysian and Other Participants, select accordingly when making payment. We have limitations with our FPX/credit card system. The system can accommodate payment for 1 paper only. Therefore, any additional paper is only payable through payment mode 1) Bank transfer.
